We don’t take orders for items that we know are backordered, because we’ve found people are much happier when they order something that’s available right away. Nope, not unless your order is going to Massachusetts, Kentuckey or Utah – in those states, we are required by law to collect sales tax. (Sorry.) Only orders shipping to Massachusetts, Kentucky and Utah will be subject to a sales tax (although in Massachusetts, sales tax doesn’t apply to gun safes and shoes.) White Boards and More isn’t responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws for online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop. If you’re shipping to Colorado: as required by Colorado law, the purchaser must file a sales or use tax return, and may be required to pay sales or use tax on certain items. Back to top   What happens after I place my order? Soon after you order, we’ll email you an Order Confirmation. Please hang onto this email so you have your order number and info handy. If you don’t see your Order Confirmation in your inbox, check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get caught by an overly enthusiastic spam filter. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll send you a new one. As soon as you place your order, we’ll start getting it ready to ship. Some items may take longer to prepare than others if they need custom work or special parts assembled. When your item is ready, we’ll ship it out and email a Shipment Confirmation. This has a tracking number you can use to follow the progress of your package as it makes its way to you! If you ordered several products, they may ship from different warehouses – in these cases you’ll get a separate Shipment Confirmation for each package. Back to top   How do I print out an order receipt? With a White Boards and More account, it’s easy:
  1. Click the Print Receipt link on the Welcome page of My Account.
  2. If you have more than one order with us, you’ll see a list of your orders.
  3. Next to each order is a small picture of a printer. Click it to print out a copy of your order.
Simple, huh? If you don’t have an account, it’s easy to set one up – just go to Create Account and fill in the info with the email address you used to order.
