Delivery updates (i.e. email when product shipped with carrier information and tracking #) would have been helpful. I had to call customer service to find out if the product had shipped.

Electric outlet does not work

Love the cart except that the electric outlet simply does not work. [...]It is a convenience which makes multiple electric connections easier from one electric outlet.By the time I assembled it, I discovered that the outlet on off switch was loose and could not draw power from the electric source in the wall socket.[...]

We found the cart to be well constructed and it fits our purpose nicely. The assembly instructions are not the easiest to follow, so allow yourself time to get some of it wrong before you get it right.

Overall it is a good piece of ewuipment, although it is not as sturday as I was told. It meets our purposes I just wish it was a little heavier duty.
